Bhavnick Minhas is an accomplished NLP Engineer with a passion for creating deep-learning models that can be deployed for commercial purposes. Currently serving as an Applied Deep-Learning Intern at Hewlett Packard, Bhavnick has been trained in developing and deploying deep-learning models, as well as creating Marathi to English translators using seq-2-seq neural networks. During his time at Hewlett Packard, Bhavnick created a Marathi to English translator that was later deployed on a server, achieving a BLEU score of 80.5, which was greater than Google Translates BLEU score of 63.4. This achievement speaks volumes about his expertise in AI and NLP, as well as his ability to apply his knowledge to real-world problems. Bhavnick is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He also holds a High School Diploma from Step by Step World School. His education has equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of AI and NLP.
